Choose from a selection of award-winning brats, ribs, bacon, pork tenderettes, and must-taste restaurant steaks (a thin oversized ground round patty). Bratwursts

All varieties of brats are sharp frozen and vacuum-sealed for your convenience and sold in packages of six.

~ Grand Champion Brats ~
Fresh lean pork and Grandpa’s 60-year-old secret spice recipe. Delicious when cooked on a charcoal grill then served hot on a fresh roll. This is the award winner!

~ Jalapeno Cheddar Brats ~
The blend of real Wisconsin Cheddar cheese and jalapeno peppers makes this brat a favorite! Not real hot – just real flavorful.

~ Mac N Cheese ~
Two delicious favorites in one special brat! Nothing is more Wisconsin than packing in another cheesy favorite. Made with REAL Mac N Cheese!

~ Mushroom and Swiss ~

Fresh sautéed mushrooms and real Swiss cheese blended for a succulent flavor.

~ Beer Butter and Onion ~
Made with real butter, real beer, and fresh onions. You must be 21 to consume these brats. (Just Kidding!)

Ribs

If you like St. Louis style pork ribs, you will LOVE these exceptionally savory and outrageously meaty ribs, vacuum-sealed and sold in one rack packages. Douse with one of the many sauces or rubs we have on hand and you have a delectable dinner.

Restaurant Steaks

We would like to introduce you to a favorite of ours. Restaurant steaks originated in the small town of Sheboygan, Wisconsin in 1945. Ground from the eye of round which is almost 100% lean until beef suet is mixed in to add fat and flavor that melts in your mouth when grilled up. A third pound patty run through the tenderizer makes for a great burger (or sandwich depending on where you’re from). They come six steaks to a package and are vacuum-sealed for freshness.

There’s a method of cooking these that should not be ignored!

PORK TENDERETTES (pork patties)

Just like the delicious Restaurant Steak, you’ll fall in love with these savory patties! They are made from lean pork shoulder and have no cords. Cooked 2 to 3 minutes per side, they retain their juiciness and are full of flavor. Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning from Destination Bar-B-Q and taste perfection! Sold in packages of six.

Taste way better grilled - a great alternative to beef.

Bacon

Flavorful, thick, and mouthwatering! Choose from two flavors of one pound packages: Old-Fashioned Smoked and Apple Pie Seasoned. Once you try them, you’ll be hooked!
