Philly cheesesteak
INGREDIENTS
Thinly sliced ribeye steaks
*Rub Some – Steak Rub
1 stick of Butter
Hoagie rolls
Green bell peppers
White onions
Cheese Sauce

INstructions
Preheat flattop to medium-high heat.
Slice ribeyes and prep veggies. Let butter come to room temp.
Slice rolls if necessary
Heat oil on flattop and add steaks. Season and cook to desired doneness.
While steak cooks, melt butter on flattop cooker.
Throw on peppers & onions. Cook until softened, then set aside.Spread softened butter on sliced rolls. Toast and set aside.
Remove steak and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Fill rolls with sliced steak, vegetable mixture, and top with Cheez Whiz
Place back on the cooker until cheese is melted and bubbly.
