INGREDIENTS
4-5 Large Russet Potatoes
Olive Oil
Shredded Cheese
Bacon Bits
*Three Little Pigs - Kansas City Competition Rub
*Mister Dister - Original BBQ Sauce

INstructions
Preheat pellet grill at 425°F
After cleaning potatoes, cut into ½” thick slices and put in medium-sized bowl
Drizzle with olive oil and coat with *Three Little Pigs – Kansas City Competition Rub
Place potato slices on grill grate and cook 15-20 minutes per side until slices are tender
Top with shredded cheese and close grill lid for 1-3 minutes or until cheese is melted
Remove slices from grill and top with bacon bits and drizzle with *Mister Dister – Original BBQ Sauce
