"DBBQ Style" potato skins

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 Large Russet Potatoes 

  • Olive Oil 

  • Shredded Cheese 

  • Bacon Bits 

  • *Three Little Pigs - Kansas City Competition Rub 

  • *Mister Dister - Original BBQ Sauce

INstructions

  1. Preheat pellet grill at 425°F

  2. After cleaning potatoes, cut into ½” thick slices and put in medium-sized bowl

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and coat with *Three Little Pigs – Kansas City Competition Rub

  4. Place potato slices on grill grate and cook 15-20 minutes per side until slices are tender

  5. Top with shredded cheese and close grill lid for 1-3 minutes or until cheese is melted

  6. Remove slices from grill and top with bacon bits and drizzle with *Mister Dister – Original BBQ Sauce
