Grilled Peach Crostiniwith Hot Honey

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 - Peaches halved and pits removed

  • 1 - Baguette - thinly sliced

  • 1 - 8oz tub Mascarpone Cheese

  • 1 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Basil

  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

  • Balsamic Glaze

  • Olive Oil to coat bread

  • Urban Slicers – Hot Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat grill to 350ºF

  2. Brush cut sides of peaches with olive oil and brush bread slices.

  3. Place the peaches cut side down and the bread, olive oil side down, on the grill.

  4. Cook the peaches until they have softened (approx. 3 minutes) and the bread is toasted.

  5. Once the peaches have softened, pull from grill and cut into eighths.

  6. In a mixing bowl, combine peach slices, salt, red pepper flakes, basil, almond slices and honey – Toss to combine

ASSEMBLY

  • Spread thin layer of mascarpone cheese on toasted baguette slice.

  • Place sliced peaches on baguette slice and drizzle with Urban Slicers – Hot Honey
