Bacon wrapped Oreos

• 24 Oreos

• 1 package Miesfelds Bacon

• Meat Church - The Gospel Seasoning 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Prepare smoker at 250 with a lighter smoking wood such as a fruit wood. 

2. Slice the bacon in half, creating 2 equal pieces. Wrap the bacon around the Oreo.
   You should be able to start and finish the bacon on the same side of the Oreo.
   Make that the bottom of the Oreo so it will hold together.

3. Season with The Gospel.  Allow the seasoning to adhere for 15 minutes.
