Cowboy Lollipops w/Candied Jalapeno Glaze

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 Chicken Legs

  • Meat Church – The Gospel BBQ Rub

  • PS Seasonings – Candied Jalapeno Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat grill to 350º

  2. Cut through skin and tendons at top of chicken legs

  3. Season legs with Meat Church – The Gospel BBQ Rub.

  4. Cook legs until the internal temperature reaches 170o.

  5. Place PS Seasonings – Candied Jalapeno Wing Sauce in a quart mason jar.  Pull chicken after it reaches 170o.

  6. Dip each leg into the sauce and place back on grill for 3-5 minutes to set the sauce.  Pull from grill and enjoy!
