Potato Skins “BBQ” Style
INGREDIENTS
4-5 Large Russet Potatoes
Olive Oil
Shredded Cheese
Bacon Bits
Three Little Pigs - Kansas City Competition Rub
Mister Dister - Original BBQ Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat pellet grill at 425o
After cleaning potatoes, cut into ½” thick slice and put in medium sized bowl
Drizzle with olive oil and coat with Three Little Pigs – Kansas City Competition Rub
Place potato slices on grill grate and cook 15-20 minutes per side until slices are tender
Top with shredded cheese and close grill lid for 1-3 minutes or until cheese is melted
Remove slices from grill and top with bacon bit and drizzle with Mister Disters – Original BBQ Sauce
