Potato Skins “BBQ” Style 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 Large Russet Potatoes

  • Olive Oil

  • Shredded Cheese

  • Bacon Bits

  • Three Little Pigs - Kansas City Competition Rub

  • Mister Dister - Original BBQ Sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pre-heat pellet grill at 425o

  2. After cleaning potatoes, cut into ½” thick slice and put in medium sized bowl

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and coat with Three Little Pigs – Kansas City Competition Rub

  4. Place potato slices on grill grate and cook 15-20 minutes per side until slices are tender

  5. Top with shredded cheese and close grill lid for 1-3 minutes or until cheese is melted

  6. Remove slices from grill and top with bacon bit and drizzle with Mister Disters – Original BBQ Sauce
